In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "roobet" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at roobet.lol, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and related features accessible to registered users in Bangladesh.
• "Player", "User", or "you" refers to any natural person who has registered an account with roobet or who accesses or uses any part of the roobet service.
• "Account" refers to the personal, non-transferable account created by a Player upon completion of the registration process, through which the Player accesses all roobet services.
• "BDT" or "Taka" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the functional currency of all Player accounts on the roobet platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, matched deposit credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account under any roobet promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked in eligible games before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which access to the roobet platform is blocked, restricted, or not supported by roobet at its sole discretion.
• "Game Provider" refers to any third-party software studio whose games are made available through the roobet platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all roobet operational communications and support.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any legislation include that legislation as amended, re-enacted, or replaced from time to time. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To register a roobet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age and are a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or organisation.
• You are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any time you access or use the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of roobet or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You have not previously had a roobet account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions or any predecessor terms.
• You are not self-excluded from the roobet platform or any online gambling service under any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion programme.

Each Player may hold only one registered account with roobet. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If roobet identifies that a Player holds more than one account, roobet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and game rounds, and withhold any winnings generated through those accounts pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. roobet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of information provided at registration or subsequently.

roobet reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, where roobet has reasonable grounds to suspect that the eligibility criteria above have not been met or have ceased to be met.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. roobet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify roobet immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. roobet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or from your failure to notify roobet promptly of any known or suspected breach.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your roobet account and change it immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
• Where two-factor authentication (2FA) is offered, you are strongly encouraged to enable it. Disabling 2FA after it has been activated reduces the security of your account and is done entirely at your own risk.
• You must not share your account with any other person. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you have previously reported a breach of account security to roobet support.
• You must not access your roobet account from any device that you do not own or control, or from any shared, public, or unsecured network connection.

roobet employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data in transit between your device and the roobet servers. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that you access and use the platform at your own risk subject to these protections.

All Player accounts on roobet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment channels supported by roobet at the time of the transaction, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment channels is subject to change at roobet's discretion without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. roobet does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Where roobet identifies that a deposit has been received from a payment source not registered to the account holder, roobet reserves the right to reverse that deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your roobet wallet instantly, subject to network availability and transaction processing times on the respective payment provider's infrastructure.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification steps. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• roobet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which roobet accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. roobet reserves the right to apply alternative methods at its discretion where the original channel is unavailable.
• roobet reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into a Player account at any time, consistent with its anti-money laundering obligations.

roobet operates a strict policy against the use of the platform for any financial transaction that is not directly connected to genuine gaming activity. Any attempt to use roobet deposit and withdrawal mechanisms for money transfer, currency exchange, or any other non-gaming financial purpose will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

roobet offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which supplement and take precedence over this general section where there is any conflict. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by the specific bonus terms applicable to that offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; any uncompleted wagering and associated bonus balance will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake wagered. Live casino table games, sports betting markets, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: roobet reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the promotion, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploitation of any error or system vulnerability.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts or access methods constitute prohibited conduct under Section 7.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value except where explicitly converted to withdrawable funds upon fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements. Bonus Funds may not be exchanged, transferred, or sold.

roobet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing eligibility for loyalty programmes and VIP benefits is subject to periodic review and may be adjusted based on account activity and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

All bets placed and games played on the roobet platform are subject to the rules of the individual game or betting market as displayed within the game interface or betting section at the time of play. In the event of any conflict between the general rules in this section and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail.

All game outcomes on the roobet platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live physical outcomes in the case of live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. roobet does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game category is fixed by the respective Game Provider and is not modified by roobet.

• Bets and game rounds that have been accepted and confirmed are final and binding. roobet will not cancel or reverse a bet or game round after it has been accepted, except in cases of manifest technical error or where the specific rules of the relevant market explicitly provide for cancellation.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or live betting event, roobet will resolve the affected round or bet in accordance with the rules of the relevant Game Provider or, in the absence of applicable provider rules, in the manner that roobet considers most equitable to all affected Players.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the roobet platform. Current limits are displayed within each game or market interface. roobet reserves the right to apply individual Player stake limits at its discretion where necessary for risk management purposes.
• Winnings generated from real-money play are credited to your BDT wallet upon settlement of the relevant game round or betting event. Settlement times for sports betting events follow the settlement schedule of the relevant event and market type as displayed in the betting interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the roobet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and all associated winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of any third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during the KYC verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, play games, or circumvent any security or fairness measure.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the roobet platform or in any Game Provider's software for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to [email protected] immediately and will not be honoured pending investigation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including but not limited to coordination of betting patterns in live poker or other multiplayer formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction through the roobet platform that is not genuinely connected to legitimate gaming activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagering deposited funds. Abusive chargeback activity will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing roobet staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or cooling-off restriction that has been applied to your account, including by registering a new account.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Loss Limits: You may set limits on the total amount you can lose within a specified period. These operate on the same immediacy and cooling-off rules as deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure automatic reminders that alert you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration within a single session.
• Cool-Off Period: You may temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Cool-off periods cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: You may permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the roobet platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. roobet strictly enforces its 18+ age policy. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the deposit source where possible, and the matter may be referred to relevant child protection authorities.

All content on the roobet platform — including but not limited to the roobet brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, icons, game imagery supplied by Game Providers, and software — is the property of roobet or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the roobet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the roobet platform without express written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any roobet software or platform component.
• Use any roobet branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any commercial context or in any manner that could cause confusion as to the source or affiliation of such materials.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the roobet platform for any purpose without prior written consent.

Game content made available through roobet's Game Provider partners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. Use of such content is governed by the terms of roobet's agreements with those providers and does not grant Players any proprietary rights in that content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, roobet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their roobet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

roobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the roobet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, telecommunications failures, device failures, or other circumstances beyond roobet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Losses attributable to decisions made by you based on any information, statistics, or content displayed on the roobet platform.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits roobet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

roobet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at roobet.lol/privacy-policy. By registering an account with roobet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and account operation — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity data — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the improvement of roobet services. roobet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

roobet may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies where required by applicable law or in connection with a bona fide investigation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

roobet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to active Players via email to the address registered on their account and/or by prominent notice on the roobet platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the roobet platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected]. Any account balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC verification and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in place.

roobet may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached or roobet has reasonable grounds to suspect you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• roobet is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to closing an inactive account, roobet will make reasonable attempts to contact you at your registered email address. Any balance remaining in an inactive account at the point of closure will be held by roobet for a period of 12 months, during which you may reclaim it by contacting [email protected] and completing any applicable verification steps.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and roobet in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
